If you are trying to lose weight, you may want to browse the breakfast menu at McDonald’s! Medical expert Molly Hembree, MS, RD, LD recently shared the best weight loss food at the chain with Eat This Not That. So, what should you order from McDonald’s for weight loss efforts? The answer: the Fruit and Maple Oatmeal and the Sausage Burrito. The two-item combo is 630 calories, 5 grams of fiber, and “contains whole grains, fruits, and vegetables between the two menu items,” says Hembree.
