Lunchbox saw inmates from a prison running in a group in his neighborhood. They were wearing a white t-shirt and brown shorts and there was a man in the front in all black that said Sheriff and another officer in the back of the group in all black. There were two officers and 5 inmates in total just running in a group in his neighborhood.

He understands they need their exercise, but he does not want it happening on his street. Since they were out jogging, they are probably low crime, but it still made him uncomfortable. They also did not receive any notice that it would be happening. He didn’t like it because if two ran off, there would be only two sheriffs to run after them and the other three would be free to do whatever they wanted. Lunchbox does not live by a prison, so everyone thought it might be people who are in a boot camp. But they looked it up and many prisons offer programs that allow prisoners to go running with structured groups and sessions. If the prisoners have proven they can be good, Bobby Bones supports it because they are trying to rehabilitate them anyway!
