Luke Perry’s Final Riverdale Episode Airs This Week

On Sunday, Riverdale’s Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa revealed that Wednesday nights episode will be the last time we see Perry play Fred Andrews.

We will bit our final farewell nearly two months after Perry’s tragic death. While it’s unclear how the show will address Perry’s death on screen, Aguirre-Sacasa has said the cast and crew were still struggling with Perry’s death. “You know, honestly, we are I think all still in shock and are all still processing and grieving,” he admitted. “We know that we have to address it in some way, but we’re giving ourselves a little bit of time and space before we figure out the best way to honor him.”
