Portland, Oregon is known for its ‘weird’ culture and style so having a park the size of a single human isn’t far outside the norm.

However, Mill Ends park (the world’s smallest, actually) is facing a puzzling mystery. Quite frankly a criminal one – the single lone tree that the park had has been cut at the bottom of the trunk. All that remains is the 452-square-inch patch of dirt and a wood stump.

Mill Ends Park is located on a median on Naito Parkway in downtown Portland, OR.
