Kelsea Ballerini Debuts Her “1st Drinking Song” at CRS Showcase in Nashville

Kelsea Ballerini’s ready to tie one on with her latest song.
On Wednesday night, the country singer debuted an as-yet-untitled ode to alcohol during a Country Radio Seminar performance in Nashville. The chorus that goes, “There’s a hole in the bottle / Leakin’ all this wine / It’s already empty, it ain’t even suppertime,” Ballerini sings in the song’s chorus. “No, I don’t miss him / In fact, it slipped my mind / There’s a hole in the bottle of wine.”
Ballerini told the crowd it was the “first drinking song” of her career. The song will presumably appear on Ballerini’s next album, Kelsea, which arrives on March 20.
