Seems like people are not ready to dine-in just yet. 25% of diners are more likely to use dine-in 46% of diners will opt for take out 22% are less likely to place drive thru orders compared to a year ago. 70% want technologies like AI voice assistants, personalized menus and smartphone apps to help.
