Darius Rucker Can’t Believe Wagon Wheel’s Success In Ireland

Darius Rucker loves Ireland and says U2 influenced him to play rock and roll with Hootie and the Blowfish. Rucker recently spoke about the popularity of the song “Wagon Wheel” and the influence it had on his Dublin fanbase.  “It’s such a great song, and I’m just so proud to be a part of the legacy of it,” said Rucker. “At the end of the day, I’m still just a kid from South Carolina who feels like he got really lucky twice.
