Bobby Was Offended By Phone Call From A Friend

Morgan found a video that she was going to offend Bobby Bones. The video is of a comedian talking about the University of Arkansas and their hog call and as she was listening to it, she realized if there was anything that would offend Bones, it would have to deal with Arkansas and football. In the clip, the comedian says that Arkansas has the creepiest cheer at their football game when they all start going “Woo Pig Sooie!” The comedian went on to say that he thinks the call is effective because if you look up and see “80,000 dead eyed hillbillies doing that call, you’d think these rednecks were going to drag you into the woods and kill you.” Bones did not get offended by the clip and thought it was funny but did want to state that they may be hillbillies and rednecks, but they aren’t dead eyed.  

He did get offended by a phone call he received from his friend though. His friend knows he’s upset about how the Arkansas Razorbacks football season has turned out so far. But his friend asked him why he was so upset by it because he should expect not to win and only have a good season every 10 years. Bones got so mad about it that he hung up and told his wife he’s not talking to that friend for a few days. He took it way too personally because he thinks the team should be putting up 8 to 9 wins a year and occasionally have an off year. Bones is still mad at this person for that comment and hasn’t talked to him since. He doesn’t know if he’s going to block him out of his life fully because they are blood related, but he can’t shake off feeling offended by that comment.
